The location was peaceful - the guest house looked very clean. We had a suite, and we enjoyed it. Plenty of food at the sensational breakfast.

Better choose this place to visit when in Brockenhurst. Perfect location and very peaceful hotel. Just a 15-minute stroll to the centre. Set within 15 minutes' walk of the bus stop👌

We really enjoyed the quiet location and the staff were excellent. We were upgraded to deluxe suite on check in. In fact, it has free parking. Within a walking distance of White Tails, where you can have lunch.

The rooms are huge and the breakfast is excellent! The gardens were lovely here.
